Chic PU36
Prouduct Introduction:
Chic PU36 is a more excellent composite antioxidant which developped on the basis of Chic PU3325 , it has obvious improvement in terms of antiscorch and light resistance to yellowing phenomenon in the process of frothing . This product does not contain volatile BHT antioxidant, it is suitable for polyether/polyester polyol flexible foam, polyurethane elastomer and adhesive production, etc. It has higher initial oxidation temperature and the heat oxygen aging ability than regular liquid phenolic antioxidant 1135 , and it is very suitable for antiscorch of the polyurethane foam without BHT environmental-friendly requirements.

Performance Advantage:
This product has excellent oxidation resistance and low volatile and excellent compatibility, it can prevent the fog for the use of the surface of the products in the car and the coloring of textiles (such as: furniture, carpet, etc.), and meet the requirements of VOC emissions. In the manufacturing mode of a single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer , the low volatility and liquid state of PU36 is particularly appropriate, and not easy to hydrolyze under the normal temperature/high temperature. This product can be added after before polymerization, under polymerization and after polymerization.
Application Suggestion:
The usual recommended dosage is between 0.15% and 0.5%, maximum 1%.Due to the pumping or injection method can be used to add, easy to use and effective mixing. This product is easy to emulsification, it can be dissolved, dispersed or keep the pure liquid in the process of manufacturing. Its effect will be better when sharing with other phenolic antioxidant, substitution of aromatic amine or with collaborative stabilizer (such as: phosphite ester, sulfide, hydroxy amine, lactone) and hindered amine light stabilizer (such as ultraviolet absorbent, hindered amine) .

Storage and transportation: This product is light discoloration, must avoid light and wet. We advise airtight save and use up as soon as possible after opening after use , the shelf life is at least 2 years , stored in a cool ventilated place, prevent leak when transportation. Follow good industrial practice, careful handling, avoid the pollution of the environment.
