Product introduction: Chic PU3338 is a brand-new liquid compound antioxidant suitablefor polyether and polyester as well as down-stream PU foam industry with good thermal oxidative degradation performance and magnificent protection for the whiteness of product
As a newest environmental-friendly blended product , it has high active free radical capturer without amine or low volatile antioxidant ,especially for the use of the high-end polyether of flexible foam and elastomer polyether for automobile. Also can be used with amine based antioxidant in order to improve the oxidation induction temperature and high temperature resistance as well as anti-yellowing properties

Advantage:
Heat stabilizer for PU flexible foam production with excellent anti-scorch and anti-yellowing properties
Used with assistant phosphite stabilizer or amine based antioxidant or light stabilizer further improving the light resistance and anti-yellowing performance for the down-stream PU products
Good flowability can be easily added via pump and mixed well
Resist fogging ,fabric pollution ,providing terrific resistance to the gas fume
Application suggestion:
Proposed dosage about 0.2%-0.45% in the flexible and elastomer polyether according to the heat stability and 0.05%-0.5% in the high resilience polyether
Can adjust the formulation of the antioxidant according to requirement of customer so as to provide the more suitalbe product and suggestion satisfying the need of special property
Package: net weight 180kg/drum
Store and transportation: store in the dry, cold away from the heater sunless storage ,charge nitrogen in the top of the store tank and avoid the contact of skin while use and escaping the enviromental pollution
